Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PostizGOG at postiz.gardenofgrapes.com, operated by Garden of Grapes. PostizGOG is a self-hosted Postiz installation for preparing, scheduling, and publishing content to connected social accounts. By using this installation, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Access and account responsibility

Access is intended for the operator and people the operator authorizes. Creating an account does not guarantee continued access. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content and instructions

You keep ownership of your content. You give Garden of Grapes permission to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to carry out your use of PostizGOG, including scheduled uploads and posts. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consents needed for your content, including music, images, likenesses, and personal information.

Review the destination account, content, timing, privacy, and disclosure settings before scheduling or publishing. Scheduling authorizes the service to attempt the selected operation at the scheduled time. Some platform workflows send a draft that you must finish and publish manually.

Acceptable use

Follow applicable law and the rules of each connected platform. Do not use this installation for unlawful content, spam, impersonation, infringement, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions or security controls. You are responsible for required advertising, commercial-content, and AI-content disclosures.

Third-party platforms and availability

TikTok and other connected platforms operate independently of Garden of Grapes. Connections and publishing depend on their authorization, permissions, API availability, quotas, review requirements, and policies. A successful connection does not guarantee permission to post publicly. Posts may fail, be delayed, be restricted, or require action within the platform. We do not guarantee publication times, reach, or engagement.

Media and backups

Uploaded media may be accessible by public URL so platforms can retrieve it. Keep your own copies of original files. Media cleanup or deletion can make a file unavailable for reuse or preview in PostizGOG. Removing an item here does not necessarily delete a post already published to an external platform. See our Privacy Policy for information about storage and deletion requests.

Service changes and ending access

The operator may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue this installation or restrict access when necessary for security, maintenance, misuse, or platform requirements. You may stop using it and revoke platform connections at any time. Contact us to request deletion of stored account data.

Service limitations

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Garden of Grapes does not provide warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and is not responsible for losses caused by platform outages, failed or delayed posts, or your content and account instructions. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
